- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 heaping spoonfuls unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon demerara sugar or light brown sugar
- Add the coconut milk to a small saucepan over a moderate heat. Stir in the cocoa powder and sugar until well combined and heat through (do not boil.) Adjust the sweetness if you want.
